岗位职责：

1、负责智能视频分析平台的软件设计、开发与实现工作；
2、参与后端研发中涉及到的技术研究，技术选型及技术方案设计与实现；
2、结合需求设计实现安全、稳定、高伸缩性、高性能、可维护、可用的后台系统；
3、根据系统发展，对技术架构不断调整，持续优化。

岗位要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业；
2、扎实的编程基础，精通C++，熟练掌握Python，具备1年以上后端开发经验；
4、了解软件工程相关理论，熟悉常用的数据结构、算法和设计模式；
5、熟悉C++常见后台开发技术，如高并发，多线程，网络，分布式架构，缓存，消息机制等技术；
6、熟悉WEB开发，熟悉Flask，了解Django/aiohttp，熟练使用MySQL和数据库的设计方法，对MySQL调优有一定经验；
7、熟练使用Linux，以及相关工具调试和解决问题；
8、热爱编程，对开发工作富有激情，保持开放好学的心态，有较强的独立解决问题的能力。

具备以下条件者优先考虑：
1、具备AI平台产品后台开发经验；
2、熟悉Node.js/ACE Boost等开发框架；
