岗位职责：

1、负责各班级学员学习的管理和答疑服务，进行个案辅导；

2、负责学生晚自习学习状态的监督；

3、负责协助授课教师跟进教务数据统计；

4、负责协助升学指导进行学生的学业跟踪。

任职要求：

1、全日制大学本科或以上学历，师范类各学科专业，具有教师资格证及英语听说读写水平优异者优先；

2、有海外留学经验或在教育培训行业实习经历者预先；中共党员或在校期间担任院系学生干部优先；

3、具备教育工作者的职业道德和素养，服从学校管理安排，有志在教育行业深耕细作；

4、身体健康、人品端正、具有团队协作精神和抗压能力。
