工作职责：

• 与业务方、利益相关方和技术团队密切合作，了解和记录客户的详细需求、流程和数据源；
• 创建和管理项目计划、风险缓解计划、沟通计划、资源需求、项目成本和所有其他项目管理相关的文档；
• 项目日常管理，包括项目从需求收集、设计、开发、测试到部署的所有阶段；
• 组织团队成员的每日SCRUM会议，驱动他们完成每日任务。

岗位要求：

• 本科或以上学历，主修计算机科学、自动化或相关工程领域，IT或相关学科；
• 5年以上使用敏捷法和其他结构化方法的经验（即Scrum，Waterfall，Iterative，RUP或PMI）；
• 2年以上软件开发人员或测试人员经验；
• 项目管理工具的使用经验，包括MS Project，JIRA；
• 按时推动项目交付的跟踪记录；
• 良好的口头和书面英语能力。

具备以下条件将优先录用：

• SCRUM Master或PMP认证；
• 仓库管理系统经验；
• 软硬件结合、跨学科的项目管理经验，特别是机器人行业的经验。

Tehnical Project Manager

Manage software development projects in the development of state-of-the-art robotic systems for logistics and manufacturing industries.  You will lead your team to follow Agile processes strictly and deliver functionality and high quality designs and code.  You will play a key role in developing products that are World leading that will be proud moment in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with the business owners/stakeholders and technical teams to identify and document detailed requirements, process flows, and data sources
• Creation and management of project plans, risk mitigation plans, communication plans, resource requirements, project costs and all other project management-related documentation
• Performing day-to-day management of all phases of the project including requirements gathering, design, development, test, and deployment
• Drive daily SCRUM meetings and task completion for your team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in Computer Science, ME, Automation or related engineering field, IT or related  discipline.
• 5+ years experience with Agile and other structured methodologies (i.e., Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, RUP, or PMI)
• 2+ years experience as a software developer or testers
• Experience with Project Management tools, including MS Project, JIRA
• Track record of driving the delivery of projects on time.
• Strong oral and written English skills                      

Preferred:

• SCRUM Master or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in warehouse management systems would be a plus
• Experience in multidisciplinary projects combining hardware and software, especially robotics.
