岗位职责：

（1）公司老客户及意向客户的运营和维护，促进客户在线完成交易；

（2）通过电话和网络方式与客户建立良好互动；

（3）根据客户的条件和情况，提供合适的方案；

岗位要求：

（1）高中以上学历；

（2）普通话标准，语言表达流畅；

（3）开朗热情，踏实稳干，有责任感，喜欢与人交流沟通；

（4）有销售从业经验者，或有客户服务工作经验者优先考虑；

薪资结构：底薪+绩效+提成

（1）无责底薪：3700 +提成+奖金+其他

（2）五险一金，国家法定节假日

（3）朝九晚六，大小周休息
