Major Responsibilities

• Identify aftersales business model and manage the business project with biz target, roadmap, timing, milestones, methodologies, tools, resources, constraints, risks, budget and results.
• Responsible for the design and implementation for consolidated solution proposal which follows overall IT architecture landscape for AFS business.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
• Take ownership and management of aftersales business including strategy and planning, technical Service, warranty, business development.
• Take Ownership and management of application supplier to fulfill the SLA.
• Maintain close relationship with aftersales business / other related departments and provide expert inputs / advices to secure professional project execution and for improvement of business processes / strategy.？ ？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
• Responsible for risk and issue management and define related follow up plans.？？
• Able to monitor supplier for the quality coding delivery during the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (University) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Information Systems.
• +5 years online IT projects delivery experience in new and emerging technologies, successfully managed (>Euro1 million) project, International IT experience is a plus
• Familiar with Agile and DevOps methodology and lead at least 1 project with agile or DevOps (full circle).
• Strong consulting ability to influence the stakeholder for decision making.
• Sensitive to new technology and able to adapt into current business model. Strategic and innovative approach to solutions.？？？？？？
• Pro-active and enthusiastic approach to providing leadership and direction to peers and team members.
• Results-oriented, high energy level, collaborative, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication in both oral and written English.
• Working experience in IT projects with agile or DevOps approach.
• Leadership and management of teams with own budget responsibilities.
• Experience of IT program / project management with track record.
• Experience of leading a virtual project team.
• Supplier management experience, preferred international scope.
