1. 带领设计团队，制定季度设计主题，执行整体开发计划，能独立管理开发产品系列； 
2.把控开发进度，准确把握产品系列感、流行元素和品类结构和成本控制。确保产品开发按时高质完成工作任务 ；
3.负责从设计稿至样衣下单样的进度跟踪，确保产品还原样衣的准确性和及时性 ；
4.参与市场调查并制定调研报告,善于分析目标客户需求，确保设计开发匹配市场需求；

专业素质要求：

1.6年及以上服装行业设计相关工作经验及3年以上主设计师岗位经验；
2.具备对版型把控能力和面辅料运用能力；
3.熟练使用PhotoShop，AI，Office等软件；
4.对流行趋势的捕捉能力和对市场的分析能力、创新能力、色彩把控能力；
5.责任心，有良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神；
6.一定的团队管理能力。
