岗位职责：

1、负责客户服务标准、业务标准和流程的制定，规范客户服务行为；

2、负责客户咨询、售后等监督检查工作，发现问题及时处理；

3、负责协助业务部门完成客户的维护和跟进工作；

4、负责客服团队建设，内部培训及监督考核；

5、负责客服中心相关数据整理、统计和分析；

6、领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历、专业不限；

2、具备3年以上客户服务工作经验，有培训公司工作经验者优先；

3、具备良好的数据分析能力和语言表达能力，熟练使用Office等办公软件；

4、喜欢并乐于接受新事物，头脑灵活，沟通能力强，有较强的团队合作能力。

5、良好的学习能力，极强的执行力，高度的责任感。
