Aftersales Pricing has great impact on the business. It's not only concerned with BMW profitability, but also related with future company competitiveness and dealer/customer satisfaction.
The role is to manage import, local products’ outbound pricing to ensure overall profit, efficiently evaluate campaigns, initiate price positioning proposals, carry out pricing studies, deep dive in key product lines sales & pricing analysis to support business partners for target achievement by communication on pricing topics.
Major Responsibilities
- Monthly pricing change update and effective communication with dealers.
- Support on yearly lump sum pricing measures. Deep dive by categories/family codes/part numbers performance, propose actions and carry out implementations.
- Support business teams to propose special price/user price to run campaigns to boost business, and review periodically.
- Pricing regular reports to management.
- Make pricing detailed analysis and implement strategic Pricing decisions based on management approval.
- In charge of aftersales pricing survey and acquire the price, sales and marketing figures to make analysis vs. the competitors.
- Pricing data management and resolve the problems from the dealers and other counterparty.
- Continuous Pricing process & methodology optimization and change based on requirements.
- Perform reports to management level or for business, audit and financial purpose.
- IT system testing and support on change request of Pricing topics.
- Projects or other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree.
- Expert level skills for Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PPT). SAP knowledge preferred (VBA would be a plus to the job).
- English fluent in spoken and written.
- High numeric sense, focus on details and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Structural and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of financial principles, products, customer.
- Self motivated, able to work with time pressure.
- Embrace change, eager to learn, flexibility to adapt.
- Above 2 years pricing related working experience.
