• Establishing and managing of the composite production. 建立和管理复材生产
• Ensuring the timely availability of working documents (jobcards / Drawings, BOM) for the production process by means of the respective ITsystems (TC and SAP) 通过相应的IT系统(Teamcenter和SAP)确保生产过程的工作文件(工卡/图纸、BOM清单)的及时可用性
• Supporting the planning by split the working volume intopurposeful work packages. 通过将大量的工作分割为有目的的工作包来支持计划的执行
• Production of GFRP and CFRP Composite parts in Wet LaminateProcess 负责湿法铺层生产工艺的玻璃纤维和碳纤维零部件的生产
• Assembly of composite components (i.e. flight controlsurfaces, wings sponson , etc.) acc. to the respective drawing / BOM.根据相应的图纸/BOM清单对主要部件进行装配，例如：飞行控制面，舷侧浮筒等
• Installing Composite Parts to the Aircraft as required根据需要将复材部件安装到飞机上
• Responsible for the definition, handling and storage ofmolds and jigs used for the composite production. 负责复材生产中的模具和夹具的定义、处理和存放
• Responsible for the Set-up of the Composite Assembly Lineand participate in the Set-up of Final Assembly Line. 负责复材装配线，并参与总装配线的建立。
• Organization of OJT (on the job training) accordingly to therespective manufacturing instructions for the laminating process (incl. MAI,QMP.QMI, etc.) 根据相应的铺层工艺制造指导书(包括MAI, QMP.QMI等等)，组织在职培训。
• Planning of manpower based on requirements of the workpackages and processing times. 根据工作包的要求和工时计划人力需求。
• Define material requirement for pre-and final assembly workand ensure that material /consumables are available in the right quantity atthe determined working place on time. 为装配前和装配后的工作确定材料需求，并确保材料/耗材在规定的工作地点按时按量供应。
• Responsible for workplace safety accordingly to the companyand national authority requirements. 根据公司和国家有关部门的要求，负责工作场所的安全。

岗位要求：

• Engineering or technical educationbackground 工程或技术类教育背景
• Work experience in Composite production3-5 years (preferably in wet laminating). 3-5年复材生产工作经验(有湿法铺层经验者优先)
• Confident concerning the necessaryproduction and proof documentation /record keeping (Drawings / BOM, Job card,proofs necessary during production, etc.) 熟悉必要的生产和文件以及记录保存，例如：图纸/ BOM清单，工作证，生产过程中必要的防护等
• Confident with the used IT tool(Teamcenter / SAP is preferred) 熟练使用IT工具，有Teamcenter / SAP经验的优先考虑
• Experience in team lead responsibilities(communication, guidance, etc.) 有团队管理经验，例如：沟通能力，指导能力等
• Experience in Quality requirements. 有质量要求方面的经验

Dornier Seawings Co. Ltd, set up in the November of 2013, is a China-German joint venture with Wuxi Transportation Industrial Development Group (a subordinate company under Wuxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) as the main shareholder. It is headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China. The company‘s main business is to design, produce, sell and support the ultimate amphibious aircraft named Seastar. Company has it research center based in Germany, responsible for the type certification update and continued airworthiness of Seastar aircraft.

The Seastar is purely unique in the design of corrosion-free composite airframe, wide-track corrosion-resistant landing gear including brakes and rims, centre-line engine configuration. All these designs ensure superior performance in speed, range, endurance, safety, cabin size and maintenance costs. The Seastar aircraft is able to perform take-off and landing capabilities both on runway and water surface. In general, it is a multi-purpose seaplane covering a wide range of commercial, governmental/special and corporate missions as well as VIP-transport.
