Responsibilities: 

·       Responsible for managing the current business and generating new sales leads for the assigned Home Appliance based major accounts.

·       Define short, Mid and long term strategy to achieve business growth.

·       Develop good relationship with all layers of customer organization: R&D, Purchasing Team and Management

·       Promote ST full kit products/Develop solution or sub-system with close Co-operation of ST marketing/FAE to meet customer requirement.

·       Hit quarterly / annually sales budget.

·       Project owner to drive internal resources support.

·       Build customer profile, TAM SAM and SWOT analysis.

·       Understood Home- Appliances New Policy: Smart Home/ Home-Robot/etc… trend and Expand New Business Field

Requirements:

·       5-10 years working experience

·       Bachelor degree and above

·       Minimum 3-5 years technical background with FAE, Marketing or Technical Sales is preferred.

·       Proactive, Positive, keen to win and team work.

·       Good communication and negotiation skills.
