Responsibilities:

1. Conduct the market survey for PEC related industry (renewable energy, UPS, HEV etc);
2. Propose to sales/marketing manager for sales/marketing strategy;
3. Identifying the technical trend and introduce the new product into the market;
4. Design in activity for OEM application: Wind/Solar, converter, UPS, HEV etc;
5. Application support for the customers, distributors;
6. Coordinate with headquarter and factory for the new project development;;
7. Report on regular basis on business development, forecast, problem, and opportunities;
8. Assistant to manage the PEC distributor and partners.


Requirements:

1. Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering is preferred;
2. At least 5~8 years of technical experience;
3. Strong personality with good presentation and negotiation skills;
4. Good technical know how;
5. English and Chinese (Mandarin) language skills (native speaker).
