Responsibilities:    

1. Data consolidation: Acquire, consolidate and validate car retail data and financial service data, from business partners, PCN departments or dealers. Develop data working deck for further analysis and reporting. Support on data warehouse system optimization.

2. Data analysis: Interpret raw data and analyze in term of regional & dealer performance and potential, product structure, financial contribution, operation efficiency, potential risks, etc., in order to support both sales force and internal demand.

3. Reporting: Generate regular/ad hoc reports, for management reporting, trans-department sharing, internal monitoring, program and project running, dealer visit and data support, etc. Continuously optimize reporting templates.

4. Meeting preparation: Prepare regular/ad hoc presentations for national/regional conference/workshops, management meetings, operational meetings, program and project running, etc.

5. Business planning: Based on obtained financial services as well as car business data, support on projection of short term and long term business budgets, performance and required resources.

6. Market intelligence: Conduct market and competitor analysis and dealer screening, in term of product offering, promotion scheme, marketing and communication, customer service, etc. Consolidate finding to support on business decision.

7. Operational support: Other regular/ad hoc support required from operational perspective.

Requirements:  

1. Bachelor degree with 3 years' working experience in Automotive/Finance/Investment/Banking/Insurance industry

2. Familiar with MS Office

3. Fluent in both oral and written English & Chinese
