Responsibility

1.Escalators or/and moving walks delivery quality.

2.Ensuring 100% conformity of Escalators or/and moving walks to their technical requests, standards, norms, codes and customers’ requirements.

3.Closely monitor production processes and report to Head any critical or safety related non-conformities.

4.Ensuring 100% conformity of any parts coming into production lines.

5.Ensuring all tools including measuring tools, jigs/fixtures and any tools needed calibrated under control and monitored

6.Effective quality control methods and plans in place and keeping them always fit to latest products’ requirements with coverage to all commodities, components and parts.

7.Achieving excellence of quality output and quality control performance.

8.Safety Function

1.Ensure employee attend safety education and wear appropriate PPE

2.Safety supervisor of department

3.Review SH progress monthly with SH manager

4.Support SH manager implanting safety activities

5.Report any incident happened and participate analysis with SH staff

Key Tasks:

1.Execute Quality inspection or/and audit to all escalatorsand moving walks.

2.Execute Quality inspection or/and auditto packing.

3.Implement Quality Audit to In-Process Manufacturing.

4.Carry out Problem Solving Process to improve Assembling & Packing Processes, which has impact on “Best in Class”.

5.Apply Problem Solving Process to improve processes from any systematic issues, such as Order Processing, Material Planning and Purchasing, which have an impact on “Best in Class”.

6.Prepare and release Quality control plan and Standardized Inspection Process for in-process/final/delivery inspection activity.

7.Conduct Process Improvement Training to production and quality Employees.

8.Supervises the duties of the Team performance of Escalator Quality.

9.Carry out quality inspection or/and audit to outsourcing supply.

10.Ensure the procurement for front lines with any effectively calibrated tools on measuring and assembly operating

11.Always keep the latest effective escalator/MW control manuals for front lines whatever production or quality control.

12.Collect all quality data for demonstrate performance and defects analysis with corrective actions with close-loop

13.Execute “Quality Stop” in case safety or critical deviations is detected

14.Any other jobs and assignments, which are assigned to you from time to time by your Superior at his sole discretion.
