Position：Marine Service Sales Manager

Company Description：

Responsibility：

？  主要负责领导海运服务业务，监管销售和订单执行的日常运营；

？  制定业务战略和计划，分析市场趋势，实现海运服务销售目标；

？  确保订单的收益并执行，且在指定区域内获得市场份额；

？  培养团队的技能和能力，建立并保留一支多技能的，以绩效为导向的且能够代表公司核心价值观的团队；

？  预测季度业绩，实现理想的业绩目标；

？  合作/协调相关职能推动业务，如当地销售中心部门；

？  跟进和监督业务计划和项目，如新产品和应用的推动；

？  在指定区域内建立良好的客户关系，不断绘制和了解客户的需求并将之反馈；

？  发展并充分了解责任领域内的关键流程和工具。

 

Requirement：

？  海洋工程相关专业，本科以上学历；

？  船舶工程师或更高的技术背景；

？  8年以上的海洋工业领域的工作经验，3年以上在国际环境中的管理经验；

？  对工业产品销售管理有深刻理解和认识；

？  以客户为导向，良好的营销判断力，强烈的市场竞争意识；

？  较强的战略思想，领导力和管理的技能，能够在组织内推动和领导变革；

？  开放和非正式的风格和跨域以及国家边界进行沟通和合作；

？  良好的沟通，谈判和演讲技巧；

？  流利的书面和口头英语。
