ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the overall Retails Operations process to meet the customer demand over the scheduling time horizon.

• Get the forecast and order from different regions and perform the capacity planning analysis

• Sales order shipping date commitment

• Work with sales ops on day to day pull in/allocation/misaligned CRSD

• Hub inventory replenishment

• CM management

• Material batch information trace back for FG return/Inventory site balance arrangement

• Deviation / special order execution and follow up

• System Enhancement and UAT

• Reporting: FCST, Aging, KPI analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

• i2/SAP system knowledge is must

• At least 4 year experience in planning area or related.

PREFERRED:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• Be familiar with different Excel functions, Excel Macro knowledge is an advantage

• Be initiative, responsible and self-motivated

• Have a positive and adaptable approach to problem solving

• Possess an eye for detail

• Good in communication and presentation skills

• Fluent English in both oral and written

• Logic thinking
