深圳招聘

1、根据公司发展方向，协助上级制定人力资源发展规划，人力资源管理规范、各项规定和管理流程并负责具体实施落实。

2、根据公司组织结构，进行工作分析，编写岗位说明书；

3、执行招聘工作流程，协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续；

4、负责考勤、薪资的核算，绩效结果收集，各类人事报表的制作；

5、建立、维护人事档案，办理和更新劳动合同；

6、协同开展新员工入职培训，员工素质培训，并对培训效果的跟踪、反馈；

7、建立员工关系，组织员工的活动，团队建设，提高员工归属感，积极性和能动性；

8、认真、高效的完成领导交办的其他临时性工作。

任职资格：

1、统招大专及以上学历；

2、两年以上人力资源从业经验，熟悉并实操过两个及以上人力资源模块；

3、敏锐的洞察力，为人正直，性格积极开朗，较强的亲和力和沟通能力，有上进心和高度责任感，团队合作意识强；

4、高效的工作能力和较强的自律能力，良好的逻辑思维和统筹能力，对关键数据和敏感话题有强烈的保密意识；

5、熟练使用office软件；

6、外企或大型企业工作经验者优先；
