职位描述

? Reporting in to Senior Facilities Manager
? Handles the Reception as a main role and is the single point of contact for FM
? Receiving of visitors at front desk – greet, welcome, directing & informing host
? Any daily works including Calls, Directory, Mail, Courier & local dispatch, meeting room and Building access cards management
? Coordinates with relevant agencies to ensure smooth preparation and execution of events
? Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture
? Manage vendors/contractors to ensure works are done in a timely manner and vendors are properly briefed through toolbox talk and completion of PTWs
? Create monthly reports, which monitors spending vs budget allocated for various areas:- Utilities, Janitorial, Stationary, Pantry, Electricity, Visitor Figures, Recycling
? Manage quotations, raise POs and update Yardi accordingly to assist with budget reforecast
? Any other duties as required and assigned by the Senior Facilities Manager
