· Job brief

o An IT Engineer will construct functional and secure IT infrastructure, including network system, CCTV/ Access control system, servers and Hyper-V application deployment, weak current build and so on.

o An IT Engineer should have excellent problem-solving skills and a good knowledge of IT Network, server administration and architecture.

o Your goal will be to establish IT infrastructure that cater to HZO’s needs and provide the necessary infrastructure improvement and optimization to allow our employees to engage with the customer in a professional and safe manner.

· Responsibilities

o Build and maintain functional IT Network in HZO facility or in HZO “factory to factory” facility. (LAN, WLAN, WAN).

o Work with vendor, partner and customer to finish IT relevant project to suite our business.

o Install and configure software, servers, routers and other IT Network devices

o Monitor IT infrastructure performance and integrity

o Resolve issues by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure

o Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness

o Communicate effectively with users when needed

o Maintain complete technical documentation, TOP, check, supervise and implement the whole IT infrastructure project.

o Suggest improvements to IT infrastructure performance, capacity and scalability

· Requirements

o 5+ years of Industry-related experience as an IT infrastructure Engineer in network and server industry.

o Professional certifications (e.g. CCNP, CCDP, MCSE, MCSA, etc…)

o 5+ Solid background in IT Network build and architecture of large manufacturing enterprise and multi-company.

o In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP), VPN (e.g. IPsec, SSL, MPLS), and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)

o Familiarity with access control models and IT Network security

o Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g Python, Perl, Windows, etc…)

o Experience with IT Network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. Windows/Linux/Apple hardware and IT Network utilities, Windows performance and monitor tools, ect.. )

o Understanding of IT operating systems and storage backup system (Windows, Hyper-V, Raid, Fortinet, Azure, etc…)

o Good at AD, DNS, DHCP, AD group strategy and other applications, 5+ years at least.

o Adequate troubleshooting skills

o Ability to work independently but under the direction of a Senior IT Network Engineer

o BS/BA degrees and/or 5+ years related work experience in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

o Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

o Ability to travel as needed. 1 week a month.
