Position

Manager/Senior Consultant - Technology Consulting

Location

Shanghai / Shenzhen

Major Responsibilities:

• Client Delivery

• System life-cycle management from business analysis to system development and implementation

• Understanding client’s business requirement and provide solution assisting with IT system and data management

• Communication between operational departments and IT department/resource to ensure properly addressing business requirements with feasible system tool

• Delivering and facilitating training, communication, workshops, and impact analysis to support change management activities

• Delivering program management activities to ensure that clear value proposition is defined and measurable results are achieved

• Supporting client relationship management

• Practice Building

• Supporting practice growth through assisting with new business proposals and presentations

• Maintaining delivery repository for new and existing work product and practice aides

• Supporting the development of thought leadership

• People Development

• Coaching and mentoring junior team members

• Managing team morale

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Information system and Computer science)

• Minimum 4 years of full-time system project management and ERP implementation experience.

• Experiences with ERP, data visualization tools, prototyping tools and data analytic tools are advantages

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with commitment to excellence

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster high-performing teams and strong client relationship

• Ability to meet travel requirements

• Fluent in both Chinese and English

• TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom) industry experience preferred

• PMI or other business process certification preferred

• Fluent in both Chinese and English. Japanese language skill is preferred
