Purpose of Role:

Assist operation manager to optimize the daily operation proceed, special at IT/logistic/Financial field 

Main accountabilities (main task & responsibility):

  1.  l  Collect/ record the issue relatively daily operation 
  2.  l  Enhance the process efficiently in logistic/financial 
  3.  l  Assessing system / policy implement to store 
  4.  l  Organizes and maintains all documentation related to store process 
  5.  l  Provide weekly reports 
  6.  l  Look after the maintenance of equipment and facilities. 

 Personal characteristics :

  • Organized , positive thinking, organized and detail-oriented , multitasking, individual working

Candidates will demonstrate :

  1. l  Monitoring occupant satisfaction. 
  2. l  Monitoring performance metrics. (Operational performance of both internal and external service providers.) 
  3. l  Good communication skills   

 Make sure that the store which they are working for reaches its target and operates effectively. 

 Experience Required:

  1. Professional experience Must have : Office skill 
  2.  Desirable: Advanced at system & tax knowledge   

 Industry & Company experience 

 Must have: Desirable: Retail background and experience at retail floor.

Dyson today

Dyson products sell in 71 countries, and it employs almost 6,000 people globally, one third of whom are engineers and scientists. 1,100 people are based at the HQ and Research and Development centre located in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, UK. Another thousand bring Dyson’s machines into existence, working on production and operations based in Malaysia.

The face of Dyson is changing rapidly. Three years ago 80% of Dyson’s business was full-sized vacuum cleaners. Today, its digital motor powered cordless vacuums, robots, Airblade hand dryers, bladeless fans, humidifiers, purifiers and heaters are powering its growth around the world.
