工作职责：

1、带领测评项目团队，运营管理大、中型测评或咨询类项目，负责项目的交付实施；

2、定期为销售队伍进行测评业务培训；

3、指导和培养测评顾问，提高顾问水平；

4、识别客户的复杂需求，设计针对性的人才测评解决方案；

5、与客户建立良好信任关系，赢得业务机会；

6、根据项目需要，为客户提供人才测评相关培训。

  

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，心理学、人力资源管理专业优先；

2、3年以上测评或人力资源相关工作经历者优先；

3、对人才测评有浓厚兴趣，并愿意从事相关工作；

4、乐于与人沟通，具备团队协作意识；

5、思维逻辑性强，善于快速学习和掌握新知识；

 6、责任心和进取心强，能承受较大工作压力。
