Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain close relationship with customers.
2. Collect orders, forecast, and customers' requirements.
3. Meet or exceed annual target for sales, or other criteria as established by line manager.
4. Develop new sales opportunities in new and existing customers, coordinate with PM to carry on new design-in.
5. Coordinates work between customer sevice, controlling, quality and customer where appropriate.
6. Report business development, problems and opportunities regularly.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in electrical or electronic engineering or equivalent.
2. Above 3 years experience in electronic components field, preferable in selling passive components.
3. Sales experience for Industry electronics will be preferred.
4. Good communication skills and negotiation skills.
5. Good English, both oral and written, CET-6 is much preferred.
6. Creative, excellent team spirit, loyal and responsible.
7. Can work independently under pressure.
8. Willing to travel inside China and abroad.
