Job Responsibilities

·         Manage and develop industrial and smartphone customers in accordance to our business strategy. The area covers China, Korea and USA, ect.

·         Create sustainable revenue and profitability growth with these customers.

·         Identify new opportunities and work together with marketing and technical to drive demand creation.

·         Provide timely and accurate status, business and project reports to management and R&D team

·         Assist management with the definition and implementation of Go-to-Market Strategy for assigned regions

  

Requirements

·         Bachelor/Master degree with technical background

·         5+ years sales or marketing experience in cellphone/ camera/ CMOS image sensor with proven track record

·         Willing to travel frequently, approximately 30%

·         Ability to work under limited supervision

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills both in English and Chinese

·         Proven problem-solving skills

·         Sales-target and customer-oriented
