Position

Manager/Senior Consultant – Management consulting, Finance

Location

Shenzhen

Major Responsibilities

• Client Delivery

• Defining and implementing finance transformation projects, including finance strategies and operations, organization and capability model, process improvement and implementation, performance management, financial planning and analysis, shared services, cost optimization

• Delivering and facilitating training, communication, workshops, and impact analysis to support change management activities

• Delivering program management activities to ensure that clear value proposition is defined and measurable results are achieved

• Supporting client relationship management

• Practice Building

• Supporting practice growth through assisting with new business proposals and presentations

• Conceptualizing methodology and developing standardized delivery templates, mostly in application of digitalization in financial analysis

• Maintaining delivery repository for new and existing work product and practice aides

• Supporting the development of thought leadership

• People Development

• Coaching and mentoring junior team members

• Managing team morale

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a statistics/finance or business major from top tier academic institution preferred

• Minimum 5 years of full-time management consulting work experiences, in the areas including (not exhaustive): business transformation, management accounting, treasury, finance transformation, shared-service advisory

• Experiences with ERP, data visualization tools, prototyping tools and data analytic tools are advantages

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with commitment to excellence

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster high-performing teams and strong client relationship

• Ability to meet travel requirements

• Fluent in both Chinese and English
