ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 按照保养计划执行保养工作并在MES系统内登记

  Execute scheduled PM activities and record PM work in MES

• 执行消防系统的日常巡查工作，维护检查表单及记录

  Implement routine system inspection and maintain checklist & records

• 陪同并指导承包商在厂区内的工程施工项目

  Escort and instruct vendor's construction on site

• 参与消防系统工程项目验收并跟踪整改事项

  Participate in firefighting construction projects buy-off, punch list closure tracking.

• 消防系统备件管理

  Firefighting system spare parts management

• 按照公司6S标准要求维持系统的良好的状况

  Follow company 6S standard to maintain system at good condition.

• 系统的故障检修及缺失整改

  System trouble shooting & finding closure.

• 管理并维护消防相关文件

  Manage and maintain firefighting documents for authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

• 大专学历College degree

• 构建筑物消防员4级Building firefighter certificate (Grade 4)

• 至少3年以上相关专业工作经验Minimum 3 years related work experience

PREFERRED:

• 熟悉消防报警系统，喷淋及给水系统的工作原理

  Be skillful at the work principle of fire alarm, sprinkler & plumbing system.

• 能够熟练运用办公软件

  Be skillful at office software.

• 熟悉AutoCAD制图软件

  Be familiar with AutoCAD software.

• 熟悉消防法律法规

  Be familiar with firefighting regulations and codes.

SKILLS:

• 在专业技术和日常沟通都能有良好的书写和口头表达能力Good written and oral communication skills on both technical and non-technical topics.

• 有能力将相关要求、规范文件化

  Ability to document requirements and specifications
