1、遇客来访，主动起身热情询问来访目的，为访客联系相关接待部门，提供前台接待区的客户服务工作；前台大厅的清洁卫生；

2、按照《员工手册》中<宿舍管理制度>办理入住、清退手续；宿舍日常环境、安全检查；

3、依据经需求部门主管签字的快递申请，寄送快递并登记备案；

4、接听外部电话，登记信息后转接公司相关部门，公司高层电话询问对方信息登记，请高管回电；

5、严格执行《员工手册》中《办公用品管理制度》的规定；发放、统计、分析各部门办公、就餐卡及劳保用品使用情况，并公示；核对各部门办公用品及劳保用品采购申请并向采购部提交；

6、月初申请厂房、领导房租，保安服务费、花草养护费、外保餐费及油卡申请，顺丰对账，办公用品，五金用品对账，国内外机票酒店费用对账，饭堂肉菜，副食品对账及员工就餐对账等；

7、月中处理日常杂事，各种表格的整理，登记，员工宿舍的安排，司机工作安排，新员工工衣发放等；

8、月末拿电费及汽油费***，查询公司车辆违章情况。

任职要求：

1、必须认真遵守公司各项相关的规定和制度；

2、做好日常的办公用品保管和发放工作；

3、食堂报餐及宿舍管理工作；员工福利发放工作；

4、协助重要会议的筹备及召开工作，重要活动的组织、筹备，负责一般人员的联系和协调工作，进行记录与整理，确保会议、活动的顺利进行；

5、通过电子邮件、公告栏等各种信息传播方式，传达公司日常政令，落实公司文件的拟、收、发、存等工作；

6、配合公司各部门和领导完成临时性行政工作。

7、亲和力好，具有良好的沟通技巧；敏锐的分析、判断力，良好的团队意识、服务意识；

7、良好的创新思维和较强的学习能力，并具有较强的文字写作功底；熟练使用办公软件。
