工作职责：

1、了解rpo项目服务企业，以及对应招聘需求，进行岗位分析，确定简历方向；

2、通过各种人才渠道进行简历甄选，检索优质职位候选人；

3、通过各种形式与候选人进行沟通，进行岗位推荐，达成意向；

4、专场招聘会现场支持，跟进招聘会进度；

5、回访候选人面试情况，入职情况。

岗位要求:

1.在读本科及硕士生，大三及预录用研究生优先，可全职实习者优先；

2.熟练操作office软件，特别是excel；

3.耐心细致，办事有调理，沟通表达能力和快速学习能力突出；

4.工作态度积极，能在压力下工作，有良好的团队合作精神和服务意识；
