Working Hours: Less than 40 hours per week. The specific class time is based on the school schedule. There may be weekend classes. Winter and summer vacation are available.

Project Description:

With the support of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, we have introduced German football youth training project. The project, landed in Shenzhen Guangming District, has been carried out for a year. The cooperative schools including Shenzhen Municipal Public Schools and Shenzhen Guangming District Team, have achieved remarkable results and hence received public praise.

Responsibilities:

1) To coach children of different ages and abilities in China, from 7 to 14 years old, from beginners to skilled players. Generally the focus will be on younger players.

2) To design and develop coaching sessions, write teaching plan and adapt students to the appropriate standard.

3) To arise children’s interest and let them feel the fun of football and engaging to encourage children to keep having the training sessions each week.

4) To train local coaches in Shenzhen.

Job Requirements:

1) *** coach from 25 to 45 years old, from Germany.

2) With the ability to teach football to children and teenagers, with coaching experience.

3) Fluent in English. UEFA B License or above is necessary.
