岗位职责:

1. Support to structure Pre-Production KPI 支持构建项目管理部KPI
- Pre-Production strategy 新产品导入策略:
a) Offer manufacturing excellence to support BU on new product development
新产品开发方面提供BU 更多卓越制造支持
b) Pre-Production transformation 新产品导入变革
c) Standardize new product introduction process with governance
标准化和监管新产品导入流程
d) Maintain KPI as per defined templates and communicate with BU Technical representatives to define priorities when relevant
根据定义的模板维护部门KPI 报表，和BU 技术代表沟通确定相关项目的优先级
- Continue improvement 持续改进:
a) Optimization from NPI process, BAP transfers and application tools, productivity
improvement
优化新产品导入流程、项目转移和应用工具，提高生产力
b) CPS improvements for more efficiency and automatic solution: Data Processing speed or Perso UPH, Poka-Yoke implementations, etc
CPS 在效率和自动化方面的提高：数据处理速度或个人化UPH，防呆等

2. Project involved and support 项目参与和支持
- Development application and production or data processing/verfication software tool per internal request
根据公司内部需求开发应用软件和生产或数据处理/校验软件工具
- Corporate project (such as new perso equipment development, new function development, automation, etc)
集团合作项目（如新个人化设备开发、新功能开发、自动化等）
- Support other Data Management related soft/application development projects
支持其他数据管理相关的软件/应用开发项目

3. Develop know-how within Pre-Production
- CPS training to PE
对PE 的CPS 培训
- Support PE team as CPS expert
对PE 团队提供CPS 专家支持
- Assist production quality issue analysis related to BAP profile
协助与BAP 项目相关的生产质量事故分析

任职资格:

1. 教育背景 Education Background
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer/Automatic
本科或以上学历, 计算机/自动化专业
2. 工作经验 Working Experience
At least 5 years relevant experiences or above as product or system engineer in electronic industry
5 年以上的电子行业产品或系统工程师工作经验
Has work experiences in smart card manufacturing is preferred
有智能卡制造行业工作经验更佳
3. 专业知识 Professional Skills
Be familiar in production system, automatic equipment, quality assurance engineering and IT system.
了解生产系统、自动化设备、质量保证，IT 系统
4. 语言能力 Language Ability
Fluent oral and written English
优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力
5. 其它 Others
Highly responsibility and good communication skills
