1、管理并监控阿里巴巴账号，妥善处理客户投诉与纠纷，有效控制账号好评率及店铺综合指数;

2、处理日常客户问题，包括售前的咨询、售后的维护以及各项争议问题，保证店铺的正常营运；

3、 熟练阿里巴巴平台产品上传规则、技巧、交易流程，主动积极思考寻求扩大交易量的方法和技巧

4、对商品进行全面维护，分类、上架、销售等，拟定新产品上架计划；

5、 熟悉关键词优化，以及产品推广，并能分析竞争对手，找出差距进行产品优化更新；

任职要求：

1、1年以上工作经验，或亦有销售工作经验优先考虑；

2、有阿里巴巴/淘宝平台操作运营经验，熟练掌握平台经营管理；
