任职资格：

1、大专以上学历、物流管理或会计专业；

2、2年以上仓库主管工作经验；

3、熟悉仓库的管理方式和管理方法，熟练操作WORD、EXCEL办公软件，会操作ERP等相关系统，较强的库存计划和预测能力，较强的协调能力，诚实可信靠，对数字的高敏感性，能够积极维护公司利益 ;

4、具有很强的领导能力、判断与决策能力、人际能力、沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力、谈判能力。

工作职责：

1、负责仓库工作计划、目标的制定实施，总结报告的分析改善；

2、负责仓储管理规定、办法、作业流程的制定、修订实施；

3、负责监督仓库作业员按文件规定进行仓储管理运作；

4、负责审核主要库存交易单据，其他日常电子流表单审核；

5、负责对存量控制预警，超期、不良、呆滞品汇总提报，组织召开评审会议；

6、负责直接参与危化品仓库的管理监督；

7、负责组织仓库周、月、年盘点及异常改善；

8、负责仓库“5S” 管理推行及仓库安防检查及管理；

9、负责仓库员工教育培训和考核以及团队建设。
