工作职责:

1. Develop and set-up Regulatory system targeting for China & Hong Kong market. Support new product development & launches as well as to ensure the products and activities compliance to regulations and laws.

2. Monitor and follow up related Laws and Regulations, provide expertise and insights to support all functions per business needs together with manager; work with relevant function to ensure system compliance; proactively identify potential compliance risk and lead to develop & deliver mitigation plan

3. Provide accurate regulatory assessments and interpretation on the new regulations, standards which may impact to company products and operations

4. Recommend and implement reliable solutions to handle consumer/customer complains

5. Actively participate in regulation drafting and revision process as per business needs, such as product standard, horizontal standard, ect.

6. Help to build and maintain favorable relationships with government authorities, industry associations, KOLs across central and provincial level authorities, such as SAIC, Customs, whistleblower etc. for issue & crisis management

7. Monitor and report on regulatory movement and trend as well as providing China on its impact to the business

8. Decent skill on translating technical regulations into business implications

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or master degree in food science related is preference. Sound knowledge in the food science, formulation, nutrition, ingredients or quality management also welcomed

2. A minimum of 3~5 years relevant post graduate experience in world-class MNCs within FMCG, pharmaceutical, Consumer and Health Food, Infant and baby food products industry is preferred

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both spoken and written English

4. Accountability, analytical capabilities and ability to resolve conflicts
