Our company client is a fabless semiconductor company based in Grenoble, France. It was formed in 2014 with the mission of revolutionizing intelligent sensors and devices. They have developed a product, an ultra-low power IoT Application Processor, enables devices to interpret and act on image, motion and sound data at energy levels which allow years of operation on batteries bringing low installation and operation costs.
The target of this role is to aid the Company by developing business opportunities in China region. Where the client has already invested significant resources, has Chinese staff at its head offices and is committed to developing business. Two of Client’s investors are major Chinese corporations.
The position is open in Shanghai.

Responsibility

? Develop in-depth knowledge of our products.
? Establish and maintain customer relations.
? Understand our clients’ needs and requirements of tests, evaluations and developments.
? Discuss and cooperate with team to ensure customer support and follow up plan.
? Support and accompany our customers during the different steps (evaluation, implementation, design, etc.).
? Opportunity to participate to the demos’ development and implementation.
This position requires numerous collaborations with the different departments of the Group (internal and external to the site): Hardware, Software, Systems Validation, Marketing ...

Requirement
? Ability to interact professionally with customers.
? Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
? Work comfortably in an international environment, exchanging by e-mail, telephone or conf-calls in Chinese and English
? Strong team spirit and communication, happy to collaborate and share with his teammates, even remotely. Eager to share skills and advice, eager to learn new skills.
? Significant experience in customer technical support.
? Familiar with common MCU architectures and embedded platform.
? Mastery of C / C++ and at least one scripting language.
? Strong curiosity in new technologies.
? Mandarin native speaker
? Fluent in English

Desired skills:
? Experience of sales or business development in semiconductor.
? Experience/knowledge of signal processing (Image, voice, audio, vibration).
? Experience/knowledge of neural network.
? Experience/knowledge of the IoT, AI application market.
