Responsibility:

  

• Coordinate for the improvement of the planning efficiency for HUB cost and productivity. HUB service initiative& cost plan; HUB planning worksheet maintenance, holiday plan and volume projection.

• Set up procedure, tools and KPI; Review and audit HUB operation performance in service and cost; Work with HUB cross function for procedure and initiative deployment.

• Work with Air, Brokage and region partner to set up procedure for HUB operation to improve HUB operation performance.

• Implement regular audit for MOP implementation, HUB facility maintenance and ensure UPS property in good status and safety working environment.

   

            

Requirements:

  

• Degree holder; major in science&engineer is preferred.

• 1 years relevant experience in forwarding industry, prefer in express.

• Solid experience in planning, process improvement or operation excellence.

• Good analysis and planning skill, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be able to drive change and potential for further development.

• Good command of English (both writing and speaking).

• Good Office Software skill.
