工作职责：

  

1、负责公司内部平台的整体产品设计，包括需求分析、文档编写、原型设计等；

  

2、推动研发小组完成版本开发，保证功能落地；

  

3、回复内部员工使用中的疑问，并指导操作；

  

4、收集整理用户的意见反馈，持续优化产品；

  

  

岗位要求：

  

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上的产品经理工作经验；

  

2、熟练使用墨刀、office等工具，熟悉产品流程图、需求文档及使用文档的撰写；

  

3、具有较强的逻辑思维能力、突出的团队合作精神和对外沟通协调能力；

  

4、有较好的产品感和数据感，善于数据分析。
