•   General Purpose

• To support EHS manager on safety and Industrial Hygiene affairs and to achieve department objectives and targets in order to support business and manufacturing operation requirements.

  协助EHS经理处理安全与工业卫生事务，完成部门目标以支持业务和生产运作的需求

• Responsibilities

职责

• Establish and maintain OHSAS18001 management system and provide safety support, and handle transition to ISO45001.

  建立和维护OHSAS18001管理系统，提供安全支持，并转换至ISO45001

• Make sure company is fully compliance with applicable legal and corporate requirements on occupational health and safety

  确保公司完全遵守适用的法律和公司对职业健康和安全的要求

• Evaluate potential safety hazards or risk in systems, equipment, facilities or processes, and propose countermeasures to reduce the risk

  评估系统、设备、设施或过程中的潜在安全危害或风险，并提出降低风险的对策

• Communicate with government and work on government related safety & IH program

  与政府沟通，处理政府相关安全事务及IH程序

• Analyze work environments to develop safety programs to control, eliminate, and prevent injury and harms to employees

  分析工作环境，制定安全计划，控制、消除和预防员工的伤害

• Push root cause investigation, recommend and follow up corrective & preventive actions in audits

  推动根本原因调查，建议并跟进纠正措施审核中的预防措施

• Supervise contractor safety, fire system/life safety, workplace/machine safety,   etc. safety programs

  监督承包商安全、消防系统/生命安全、工作场所/机器安全等安全程序

• Promote company OHS culture & prompt safety activities

  促进公司OHS文化及促进安全活动

• Provide safety training when needed

2. Qualification & Skills

• Education

  学历

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in safety engineering or other related fields

    本科及以上学历，安全工程或相关专业

     

• Experience

  经验

  • Over 3 years safety experiences in manufacturing work environment

    3年以上制造行业安全工作经验

     

• Communication / Negotiation

  沟通/谈判

  • Frequently interaction and collaboration with both department and functional peers, peers at different locations, and industry technology suppliers worldwide.

    经常与部门和职能部门的同行、不同地点的同行以及全球的行业技术供应商进行相互作用和协助。

  • Effectively communicates plans/results to functional management as required.

    根据需要有效地与职能部门管理层沟通计划/结果。

  • May assist account teams with technical skills/knowledge.

    能够协助客户团队掌握技术/知识。

  • Negotiation may be required to resolve moderately complex and cross functional technical issues.
