职位描述
Job Objective
To support sample development and production shipment from factory to customer. Ensure the accuracy on all shipping documents and prepare in timely manner. Provide training to the vendor on company policy and evaluate factory qualification to make sure factory comply with our policy.
Key Responsibilities
? Prepare related shipping documents (Invoice, packing list, FCR) and follow up on shipping issue with supplier and forwarder.
? Able to handle various kinds packing, labeling, ticketing issues with suppliers.
? Coach suppliers to understand and follow customer production requirements.
? Coordinate with product developer and factry to collect/transfer sample to designated location in timely manner.
? Support material sourcing and coordinate sample shipment to various location.
Key Requirements
? Solid experiences in footwear manufacture and components development.
? Excellent negotiation & communication skill and well organized.
? Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
? Multi-tasking.
? Good English spoken and written, 3rd language is plus, good PC skills.
? College diploma or above.
? At least 3 years of footwear merchandising experience.
? Intensive travel required.
? US size#6 (or EU#37) foot is plus.
