岗位职责：

1.完成总经理交代的任务，负责办公室的全面工作;

2.协助配合总经理工作，与总经理保持工作方向一致;

3.在总经理的指导下，负责企业管理工作的安排和监督;

4.负责文件的分类呈送，送请领导审批完毕后转回相关部门;

5.负责总经理的工作日程安排以及预约工作，及时提醒总经理的日常行程;

任职要求：

1.商务英语、行政管理或者相关专业本科以上学历，英语6级及以上;

2.外贸工作经验优先，会开车;

3.具有良好的协调沟通能力;

4.良好的计划和综合分析能力；

5.头脑灵活，思维清晰；
