工作职责：

1、负责跟客户日常沟通工作，如客户问题反馈、客户发货、调货、退换货等 工作。

2、客户回款的跟催工作，及公司与客户之间的对帐工作。

3、货品售后跟进，处理好客诉问题。

4、其他上级临时安排的工作；

任职要求：

1、 中专及以上学历，有一年以上办公室文员工作经验或销售助理类工作经验，行业不限。

2、能熟练操作办公软件，特别是EXCEL要娴熟，会使用一些简单函数更佳。

3、对待工作认真负责，喜欢时尚行业，平时对自已穿衣搭配有一定的要求，有审美基础更佳。

4、具有良好的服务意识，有亲和力，性格开朗。

优秀应届生亦可考虑。
