职位信息

1、联系客户、报价、订舱、安排客户出货等一系列出口海运一条龙操作等事宜、核对及交付文件、帐单处理、应收应付款催收、跟踪货物。

2、联系客户以及国外代理，与客户保持良好的沟通与交流；

3、维持与船公司，同行的关系；

4、处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报；

5、完成上级交办的其他相关工作；

任职资格

1、大专及以上学历，航运及货代、外贸、英语专业毕业者优先；

2、3年以上货代操作经验；优秀毕业生也可考虑；

3、熟悉货代操作流程，熟悉货运代理业务及相关专业知识；

4、英语能看懂并回复往来邮件，应用熟练，熟悉office等办公软件；

5、工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强，有一定的领导能力。
