岗位职责:

1.Production trouble shooting, Independently evaluate, selects and applies suitable engineering techniques to solve process problems happen in production.

对生产现场出现的有关材料工艺技术问题及时解决

2.Responsible for the new process define; Installation of equipment and start-up of production.

负责新工艺流程定义，设备验收

3.Participate in improvement projects by analyzing, implementing and coordinating production processes to fulfil the continuous improvement.

主导本工位工艺流程的持续改进

4.Operation instruction control and Training & support to operator.

生产相关培训文件的编制及对相关人员的培训

5.Selection / evaluation to mag-stripe / foil / panel / hologram.  vendor in co-operation with quality and purchasing dept.

对质量和采购部门提供支持，对材料供应商进行评估选型

6.Follow and finish upper mgt assigned other jobs.

跟进和完成上级安排的其它工作

 

任职资格:

-教育背景 Education Background

Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering  or Automatization or Printing Technology

本科及以上学历, 工程、自动化或印刷技术专业 

-工作经验 Working Experience

More than 3 years working experience in plastic card manufacture or related industry field

3年以上智能卡或其它相关工业工作经验

-专业知识 Professional Skills

Good understanding for process technical control and familiar with process control tool as FMEA / OCAP .

工艺管理流程，熟练运用工艺管理工具

-语言能力 Language Ability

Being able to Reading & Writing communication in English

良好的英文读写能力

- 其它 Others

Good communication and coordination ability, familiar with office software
