About the company:

This is a large foreign company engaged in mechanical manufactory . Products sell well all over the world, specializing in designing& producing mechanical products .

Main responsibilities:

·         Manage quality team of 5 peoples, focus on supply quality.

·         Track business improvements in risk avoidanceand quality figures and set ambitious quality targets. 

·         Perform supplier rating, audits and improvementactivities.

·         Drive the supply chainimprovement initiatives for product/ process quality related issues.

·         Coaching, supporting anddeveloping the people of the team to ensure the human resource development requirement.

Main requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5-7 years’ quality experiences in mechanical field.

·         Minimum 5 years of mechanical engineering relatedexperience in manufacturing industry e.g. Automotive,ideally as supplier quality engineer / manager.

·         Good communication and flexible, Fluent English in writtenand speaking.

·         Familiar with quality tools application (8D, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, etc.)
