Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for admin management including daily admin jobs, admin budget cycle and cost control;

2. Manage admin suppliers and vendors to ensure a good admin service and support to staffs;

3. Manage office leasing and maintain a good office condition and working environment;

4. Implement admin processes including admin purchasing, OA and expense process, admin goods management;

5. Responsible for recruitment including JD review, job posting, interview support, onboard process and orientation training;

6. Organize and conduct events including employee training, teambuilding, employee activities, annual party and support to sale/marketing event;

7. Participate and support other HR projects or assignments.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor degree, and major related;

2. Five years working experience in admin or HR, and foreign company experience is preferred;

3. Hands-on, detail oriented, deadline committed even with multi-assignments;

4. To be open, dynamic, proactive and self-driven;

5. Good communication and interpersonal skill;

6. Good English and PC skill.
