要求有电子或家电行业项目管理经验，英语熟练，沟通能力强，推动能力强。

Main Job:

1.To be assigned as the main contact to customers and Contract Manufacturer on a daily basis and to material vendors for criterial 

issues, directly report to PM leader.

2. To have in depth understanding of the product technical requirements, various groups milestones and interdependencies for establishing comprehensive program plans comprising of schedule, customer integration points, supply chain and all details to meet the program objectives via establishing clear goals and objectives and Roles & Responsibilities among the cross functional teams 

3.To manage and drive the build readiness, including BOM, SOP, equipment, tooling, testing, the line, resources and daily progress or yield reporting plan for success product builds.

4.To locate on the factory floor for ensuring real-time checking of project status including material, manufacturing, quality, testing, a practice which serves to identify potential problems at an early stage and ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

1.To be responsible for effective project management of risks and dependencies while ensuring timely decisions are being made, 

ensuring quality of the product and timely delivery.

2. To maintance customer satisfaction with timely response by konwing customer expectation so as to match it with team efforts.

3. All the email responses must be done on a daily basis if cannot be replied within one hour during working time.

Require

1. Must have direct experiences for new product introduction(NPI) and mass production;

2. Must have clear understanding of Mechanical process flow ,full product assembly, time TAKE and production traceability.

3. At least 5 years   of working as project manager for oversee customers4. English must be   fluent as working language, in spoken and writing.
