JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    

·    Assist Black+Decker CNR/NOD process to create and submit sku in global system to ensure CNR and NOD can be released on time.

·    Assist Manual Translation process, pass original sourced file to agency and ensure delivery on time (Dewalt, Stanley, Black+Decker).

·    Assist DOA process, to submit IPR (manual, photo shooting, video etc.) and deal with the payment transfer process for agency.

·    Assist artwork design and proof reading for Black+Decker, localization after EN version approved.

·    Administration: Support on meeting arrangement and some daily sample request

 Responsible for controlling, developing and implementing the whole strategy for Project driven Tools segment (including product roadmap, channeling, and specific projects)

    

·    Build solution for the industrial demand & offer management varied by channel.

      

·    Prepare financial analysis for portfolio evaluation and decision making.

    

·    Develop and implement effective Product Plans, especially New product introduction.

    

·    Collect and provide the information needed for penetrating the industrial key accounts, grasp market trends and have a unique insight into the provision of market trends and understand the industry in-depth, e.g. key distributors/the cooperation process & standard and etc.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

(MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS)

•       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Engineering or related field. Masters/MBA is a plus.  
•       2-3years related marketing, pre-sales or service experience.

• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
• Computer proficiency, data entry and digital marketing knowledge.
• Result driven – drives for action, for trying new things and for getting things done.
• Ability to handle different projects simultaneously.
• A strong team player.
• High energy level and highly motivated. A self-starter.
