·        Responsible for the design, realization and test of a software component to meet defined requirements; understands and communicates consequences of the design on the architecture

·        Design for Testability

·        Participate and contribute in COP (Communities of Practices)

·        Develops the work with focus on customer needs and technological competitiveness, and keeps this outside-in approach in mind for designs he creates.

·        Develops on the basis of design specifications in accordance with the features  and tests, analyses and verifies their performance

·        Finalizes the design specifications, codes and writes test scenarios’ for the developed modules or components

·        Draws up personal schedule and reports on progress in a structured and methodical way

·        Is responsible for delivering input in the planning process during scrum rituals

·        Is responsible for identifying impediments and sorting it out (With support from SM where required)

·        Ensures that there is proper documentation for the developed hardware/software/mechanics and that coding standards are adhered to

·        Collaborate, Support, Guide and mentor other team members, towards meeting team goals (Collaboration & Knowledge sharing)

·        Integrates existing and/or purchased modules into components, which can be integrated into the subsystem.

·        Ensures minimum build failure on account of integration issues, Own quality

 

You are…

-Master in Computer science or related areas

-More than 5 years programming experience in the identified technology

-Experienced of using identified Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and associated tools

-Sounds testing experience in identified technology, Domain

-Knowledge of Agile way of working

-Soft skills: Ability to collaborate well in teams & across, Managing conflicts, interdependencies, Accountable and self organizing, Proactiveness & adapting to change
