职位描述

1. Supporting the Division's or Corporate / Capabilities' talent strategy and aligning regional or plant level people plans to that strategy in collaboration with the appropriate HR teams and business leaders.

2. Acting as a key interface and trusted advisor to senior leaders regarding talent management strategies and solutions along with expert interpretation of assessments.

3. Advising managers on high potential identification, development planning, preparing for talent reviews, designing succession plans, and on-boarding talent.

4. Providing coaching and career development services, (e.g. differentiated, contracted, peer coaching, on boarding).

Requirements:

1. Can be open for Senior Talent Partners M05 if we can fill really good solid candidate

2. HRBP experience preferred with learning and talent management background

3. Consulting skills to provide perspectives and solutions to business leaders

4. Strong influencing

5. Able to assess and evaluate talents capability

6. High learning agility

7. Strong positive, can-do mindset

8. Fast paced and good judgement

9. Can manage complex situations, high demands from stakeholder

10. Deliver high quality work and result
