Major Responsibilities

• SRM system set up phase:

- Assess existing purchasing process to determine the business request from Indirect Purchasing side

- Coordinate the necessary buyer support on the business request collection phase

- Alignment with Central Purchasing

- Supporting system testing

• SRM system online period:

- Quality assurance for user training during the onsite period

- Handover to support and follow-up of open issues which still remain

- Future system change request

• DATA Evaluation for the different entities. Contact to Central Purchasing Departments in Germany on Figures, Reporting and Steering

• Data Analytics for the establishment of Commodity Supply Chain Strategies
• Steer and supervise team's target achievements status & responsible for KPI reportings.
• Take the lead during negotiations for the relevant commodities. Choose proper purchasing strategy to guarantee the best result.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree

• SRM system understanding
• Deep understanding of IT project management methodology
• Good understanding of the IT system change and release management process
• Good communication skills in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good at project reporting and presentation
• SAP, SRM system experience

• IT supplier management experience？？？？？？？
