MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

• To ensure the BTQ AR reconciliation accurately and timely
• Response for BTQ PRC financial
  report, to be in line with PRC accounting policy.
• To enhance BTQ SOP and compliance management

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS
POSITION

该职务的主要职责

• Be responsible for BTQ AR reconciliation;
• Generate and do the analysis on the AR promotion aging report, be
  responsible for the AR pushing communication with Brand;
• Monitor and follow up the BTQ tripartite agreement and status;
• Enhance the SOP and compliance management on BTQ daily operation;
• Be responsible for BTQ VAT recharge reconciliation;
• Be responsible for BTQ PRC financial report;
• Support on the O2O SOP enhancement and monitor the daily operation;
• Assist
  Sr. retail manager to complete the BTQ team’s objective and projects;
• Support Sr. retail manager on other daily operation.

该职务所需的主要技能及相关背景

• Knowledge of PRC Accounting Regulations
• Good communication in Chinese & Financial English
• Good computer skills especially in excel
• Well organized and detailed
• Priority setting
• Integrity and trust
• Bachelor degree in accounting or related subjects
• GL
  related experiences is a plus
• 3-5 years above experience in accounting in a multinational
  company
