• Your responsibilities 工作职责
  1.Develop and implement responsible material group strategy
  
  2.Develop suppliers including supplier selection, contracting, and supplier management program
  
  3.Manage operation to ensure the continuous material supply, avoid business risk, increase capital efficiency
  
  4.Supplier capacity meet production growth
  
  5.Build up cost competitive supplier base by using systematic cost analysis tool, value engineering and negotiation skill
  
  6.Support new product introduction project (TTM) from sourcing function (Supply concept, Supplier development)
  
  
  
  Your profile 基本要求
  
  Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, Business, Materials, Supply Chain or related; preference for Mechanical Engineering
  
  Project management skill
  
  Good at negotiation /interpersonal/communication skills
  
  Analytical and Computer skills to manage data and information
  
  Above 2 years of working experience in sourcing related functions and worked in manufacturing Plant is preferred
  
  Excellent verbal and writing English
